I'm a

My name is Tracy Beatty, and in addition to being the owner of Cafe Au Play, I am also a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. I earned my undergraduate degree from Penn State University and my master’s degree from California University of Pennsylvania.

After watching Cafe Au Play come together, I knew it would be the perfect place to support children’s speech and language development in a warm, playful environment. I am passionate about helping children find their voice and learn to express their wants, needs, and ideas with confidence.

 

I have experience across a wide range of speech and language needs, including:

- Articulation & Phonology
- Expressive & Receptive Language Disorders
- Pragmatics/Social Communication
- Language Delays
- and more.

I have also worked with children and families navigating autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and other genetic or developmental conditions.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband and our boys, being outdoors, participating in church activities, and enjoying time with friends.
