Can I use the same play pass for multiple children?

Yes! If you purchase a 10-pack, and have 3 children, you can use 3 spots per visit.

Question 2

Are socks required?

Yes. There are no shoes allowed on the carpet. Socks will be available for purchase ($2) for children, and shoe covers available for purchase for adults ($2).

What ages are allowed?

We are designed for children ages 0-6 years. However, if you have an older child, he/she is absolutely welcome. We just want to provide an age range so parents are aware. Additionally, we want to be a safe play space for our younger friends, if we notice an older child playing too rough, we reserve the right to bring it to the attention of the parent/caregiver.

Do you serve food and drinks?

A fully stocked coffee bar is available for purchase, as well as prepackaged snacks and baked goods. Outside food and drinks ARE allowed, so feel free to pickup lunch on your way in, and enjoy while the kids play! Please do NOT bring food with peanuts or tree nuts so our friends with these allergies can play safely.

Is the facility cleaned regularly?

Absolutely! We sanitize all play areas throughout the day and perform deep cleaning after hours to ensure a safe and healthy environment.

Question 6

What is a 'yuck bucket'?

Our 'yuck buckets' will be placed throughout the play area. If children place toys in their mouths, please place in our yuck bucket so we can give extra attention to cleaning those toys.

What's the deal with the waiver?

The waiver will need completed before play. Our waiver is embedded in the online booking form. If you book online, you're good to go. If you walk in for the first time, you will be asked to complete the waiver at the desk before the children can get started.

Allergies

We are a peanut and tree nut–free facility. All snacks sold at Café au Play are free from peanuts and tree nuts. Outside food containing peanuts or tree nuts is not permitted. However, we cannot guarantee that food brought in by other guests is completely allergen-free.

If your child has a food allergy—especially to nuts—please let us know at check-in. This helps us be extra vigilant: we’ll remind other parents of our no-nut policy when we see outside snacks, and we make sure our team pays close attention to cleaning high-touch areas regularly.
